Arabic, French or English: for "whom" the bell tolls?

Speak Arabic if you're expressing your identity. Speak a foreign language only when your interlocutor can't speak Arabic. But if it happens that you're so hooked on the beauty and appeal of the foreign language, you'd better try to pass on such beauty and appeal to Arabic. Otherwise it  would be civilisational laziness on your part.
