How to make sense of "Islam is the Solution"

Does the slogan "Islam is the Solution to our problems" really make sense nowadays? I have doubts that it does.
I wish Muslims would come up with some strategy indicating they are committed to such belief rather than yearning for it.For this you have to fine-tune several outlooks such as the following:

- Start with the conviction that the Islamic solution is a lesson learnt not taught.

- Bear in mind that it is a solution to build up not one that is ready-made.

- For the build, you will need appropriate tools, the major one being no other than critical thinking with regard to one's existence as a Muslim, and regardless of whether you are  a true believer, secular  or atheist  .

- Take it for granted that the Holy Koran and Sunna, together with all sorts of man-written interpretations are not to yield any fuitful outcomes when there exists no  plan or  ideology that helps put on track every single idea, clue, measure or action.

- Be sure that the best of ideologies is one that helps cleanse the Islamic cultural commonground from all sorts of existing ideological parasites.

- The very ideology Muslims can do with for the time being is bound to be based upon a science in which all facets of human life are embedded: linguistics.

- I personally had been hooked on world-celebrated  Prof Noam Chomsky's ideas and principles until  the day came when I was able to merge Chomsky-based approaches in science education with my views and attitudes stemming from Islamic Faith.

- This will be implemented as a tool to disrupt what is flawed in the age-old establishment of a Muslim's rapport to Tradition and Islamic heritage.

- The operation is bound to be a success as it is hoped to result in overcoming such taboo areas as the Sunna/Shia dogmatic conflict, ethnic tensions or any other history-driven misunderstanding.

- Hence the relief operation is meant to help Muslims ride off the beaten tracks, fostering a sort of shortcut towards civilisation.

Faith is in God the Almighty for making such dream come true.

Dear Sufia,

I was putting forward a strategy to help Muslims pull themselves together and stand on their feet. I was not speaking of Islam. If you have questions I'll wlole-heartedly reply.
