Incapable intelligentsia

*The Arabo-Islamic intelligentsia has never been able to express political claims by means of an apolitical discourse. That is why any right the Great people that we are want to recover sounds obsolete or even illegitimate. And Inftajtihad comes forward  as a discourse on  the method , as much as a method on the discourse. As for the new kind of discourse, it is Median Culture; a speech genre permitting the political discourse to re-start off  from the good foot.
